Omelet is greenish but don't be fooled, it was very yummy. Used 2 eggs, and for some extra protein I added 2 table spoons of coconut flour, 1 tablespoon of hemp flour, salt, and water. On top: whole milk plain yogurt, pineapple, and dried cherries.
In case you wonder: hemp flour or hemp milk products do not have THC, so you cannot get high... Perfectly safe. :)
